1 General Terms and Acceptance

Welcome to 718sp. These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the 718sp platform and all services included within it. By visiting the website, creating an account or using any service, you are considered to have given your full consent to these Terms.

3 Account Security and Responsibility

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. 718sp will never ask for your password via email or live chat.

• Never allow any third party to use your account.
• If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, inform our support team immediately.
• 718sp will not be responsible for any transactions that occur as a result of unauthorized use of your login details.
• Logging in from multiple devices is possible, however if there are multiple active sessions at the same time, the account may be locked for security reasons.

4 Financial Transactions — Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit

The following payment methods are accepted for depositing funds on the 718sp platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer.

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (for each method).
• Deposited funds will be added to the account after successful transaction verification.
• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used for deposits.
• Deposits made through a third party are strictly prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawal

The following conditions apply to withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Standard processing time: Processing is completed within 5-30 minutes.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawal requests may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.
• Withdrawals may be limited until the wagering requirements of any active bonus have been met.

4.3 Currency and Tax

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). The responsibility for paying any applicable taxes or duties rests entirely with the user. 718sp does not provide legal advice regarding any tax deduction or reporting obligations.

5 Bonus and Promotion Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. The following conditions must be met to claim this bonus:

• Wagering requirement: The bonus amount must be wagered 15 times before withdrawal.
• The bonus applies only to the first deposit and can be received only once per account.
• If a withdrawal is requested while a bonus is active, the bonus may be cancelled.
• Winnings earned using bonus funds must meet the wagering requirements before withdrawal.

5.2 General Promotion Terms

All promotions and offers are subject to the following general rules:

• A promotion cannot be claimed more than once by the same person, household, IP address or device.
• Promotions cannot be combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated.
• 718sp reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the bonus on the relevant account will be cancelled.

6 Gaming Rules and Fair Play

• The outcome of any game that occurs due to a technical error will be considered void.

6.2 Dispute Resolution (Game Related)

If there is a dispute regarding the outcome of a game, contact our support team with the relevant game round ID. We verify the game logs and aim to provide a resolution within 48 hours.

7 Prohibited Activities and Account Suspension

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 718sp platform:

• Any attempt at money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
• Attempting to gain bonus advantages by creating multiple accounts.
• Game manipulation in collusion with other users.
• Using hacking, bots or automation tools on the game software.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities of the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Providing false identity or documents.
• Attempting to misappropriate funds through chargebacks or payment fraud.

7.1 Account Review and Investigation

If suspicious activity is detected, 718sp may temporarily suspend the account in the interest of investigation. No transactions will be processed during the investigation. If the account is found to be clear of wrongdoing, it will be reactivated.

8 Responsible Gaming Policy

• Do not bet beyond your means.

12.2 Account Termination

You may request to close your account at any time. Before closing, all pending wagering requirements must be met and any available balance must be withdrawn. 718sp reserves the right to close an account without notice in the event of a breach of these terms.

Any dispute arising from these terms will first be addressed through negotiation. Users may submit any complaint to our support team.
